Direct bookings on our website are available from 14 days up to 90 days before the reservation date. For shorter-notice requests, including last-minute bookings, availability may be arranged manually through email or customer support, subject to confirmation. Cancellations made 3 or more days before the reservation date receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 days receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
